At NotebookTherapy, we want you to love your stationery; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Email our friendly customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original aesthetic packaging and include a note with your order number inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a tracked shipping service to the address provided by our team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned stationery, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
